Can I cancel or modify a hotel reservation? How do I do it?
To make a cancellation or modification of a reservation you must contact Apanja Rentals customer service on phone number +34 622 913 181, or via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org In case of canceling the reservation, the deposit for the reservation will not be refunded (30% of the price) In the event of a cancellation within a period of less than 14 days before the actual date of reservation, the entire price will be charged.
How do I know that my reservation has been made successfully?
Once the reservation is made, you will receive an e-mail with the reservation confirmation. This email will be sent within the next 24 hours once the reservation has been made.
How can I pay for my apartment reservation?
Via this website, choosing the accommodation and location you want. Your payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
What are the hours for check-in and check-out? Check-in hours will be from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Arrival after 10 p.m. will be charged with an extra cost of € 30 in case of the Mijas location and € 20 in case of the Alhaurín location. The check-out time is at 11 a.m. for both locations.
What to do if I do not receive the confirmation e-mail of the reservation?

How to make a reservation?
You can make a reservation for any of our accommodations by visiting the page of the room in which you have an interest. Once inside the page, you can check if there is availability for the selected days. By clicking on “Book” you will be asked for your both your contact and payment details in order to finalize the reservation. You can also make a reservation by calling phone number +34 622- 913 181.
How do I get from the airport to the accommodation?
Apanja Rentals does not have its own transfer service from the airport, but it is something we are working on. If you require more information on transfers, you can always contact us by e-mail for
advice. At the airport exit you can find taxi and Uber stops which can take you directly to your accommodation. Car rentals are optional as well.
What is included in a reservation of our accommodations?
The price of the accommodation includes all the services and amenities described on each room page. In case you want an extra set of towels, the cost would be € 10 in the Mijas apartments (no extra costs in Alhaurín de la Torre).
We can provide you with a basket filled with fruits, bread, butter, sausages, a variety of cheeses, a bottle of water and wine for the price of € 18. Preferably communicate to us in advance.
How many hours in advance do I have to notify if I plan to arrive later than the arrival time?
Our check-in time is between 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. In the event you anticipate to arrive later than 10 p.m. please notify us at least two hours in advance and you will have an extra cost of € 30 in the case of the Mijas location and € 20 in the case of Alhaurín location.
